Thursday, 17 September 2015 08:45Head of the Design field of study at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art doc. Frantisek Pelikan has received the Artistic Award of the City of Pilsen for his lifelong achievements.
Frantisek Pelikan is a renowned Czech designer whose work includes design of trams, trains, cars and other vehicles but also extensive pedagogical work. He helped to establish the late Institute of Art and Design, now Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art, where he heads the design fields of study. He is a holder of numerous design awards.
