ArtCamp participants can choose from two types of accommodation arranged by the organiser – they can stay at the university dormitories situated close to the Pilsen city center.
Accommodation needs to be booked and paid for in advance. Please note that the capacity of the accommodation is limited therefore we recommend that you register and make your payment as soon as possible. In case there are no hotel-type dormitory rooms available at the time of your registration you will be offered accommodation in a two-bedroom suite.
In cooperation with a three-star hotel Ibis we offer a special discounted price of accommodation in this hotel - single room for 1210 CZK/night and double room for 1410 CZK/night including breakfast. The participants need to book and cover this kind of accommodation separately. In case you are interested in staying at this hotel please write to
and we will send you a special reservation link to make your hotel booking.
In case of dormitory accommodation arranged via ArtCamp there is a fixed one-week price (6 nights, starting Sunday before the course through the following Saturday). In case you stay for more than one week you need to add the cost of one or two nights from Saturday to Sunday.
Due to the capacity reasons it is always necessary that you plan your arrival for the Sunday before your first course and departure for the Saturday after your last course. If your travel arrangements require different times of arrival or departure please notify us in advance.
Unfortunately no refunds are possible in case you do not use one or more pre-paid nights for some reason.
Please do not forget to fill your accommodation requirements in your registration form.
If you wish to share your room with a particular person please use the Accommodation Comment section of the Registration form for this requirement.
